1. An Order will not be entertained for any item change, modification or cancelled after checkout is complete.
2. Only one Coupon can be applied in one order.

Shipping
1. Free Shipping is available for Orders in in all over India.
2. Overseas orders will be shipped thru FEDEX, DHL UPS and the shipping charges will be informed by email. Overseas customers will have to send this amount in advance.
3. We will communicate tracking number thru email after shipping.

 ·         Delays with shipping partner due to unforeseen reasons
 ·         Duties or government levies. Those will be borne by you if applicable in your region
 ·         Products that are lost or damaged in transit. They are to be taken up with concerned courier immediately
 ·         Logistics service partners will be solely responsible for the safe and timely delivery of parcel in your area
 ·         Keep track of alerts and notifications to coordinate with your courier person for the smooth and timely delivery of parcel to your doorstep
 
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he/she enters the shipping address correctly where delivery is smooth. We will have zero control if your parcel is marked for due to an incomplete or incorrect or undeliverable address. We will always do our very best to expedite our processing to ensure fastest possible shipping time. You will not be able to cancel or request for change in address of the order if desired later. Do check with us by writing to us at Care@Zolindu.com for any change possible to accommodate only till the time of shipment is being packed and hasn’t moved out of our warehouse for further travel. We can try our best to consider, but we can’t guarantee if found beyond our control.
We will not be responsible if in case parcel is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 working days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for courier connection delays during transit. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact the courier partner.  No claim will be entertained under such circumstances.
Track your order movement directly or in your account with your tracking number, please get in touch with courier directly prior to writing us. Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to start reflecting on tracking sites for movement of parcels in transit. In few and rare cases, Tracking information may not show up sometimes but you might still receive your parcel within given time

Get in touch with us after you find that the promised or estimated delivery time is not maintained. In case tracking results with item showing delivered to your address, but you have not received the parcel, please contact the courier first to find out. We will not be responsible for parcel where tracking information shows the parcel has been delivered to your order address.
 
Defects or Problems With Your Order
In case of item(s) received with defects, please write to us within 24 Hours maximum to inform us of the your genuine concern. If not communicated or notified within 24 Hours of receiving the item, then it can not be entertained for any support for an exchange. Share the images of the defective item as attachment to your email within the stipulated time.
Any claim for damages to ordered item caused by improper handling or care while in use or in case of incorrect size while ordering will not be entertained. Exact colors of item may vary due to different photography lenses, indoor or outdoor lighting and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns can also vary when seen on various devices
screens. These cases can not be treated as defects in item and the customer will have to pay both way shipping charges if in case an exchange is approved. You may receive an Order confirmation mail notification for even those orders which are not paid and will wait for processing until we are able to validate your credit card and address information.
This process may delay your shipment and could result in your order being cancelled. If we are unable to accept your order due to declined or unsuccessful payment, you will receive a Cancel  
Confirmation mail message at a later stage.
 
Cancellation Policy
All our items are made-to-order, including standard size items, with this in mind, please refer to our cancellation policy below:
   • Unsuccessful payment orders are automatically cancelled with due verification by the system.
   • You can Cancel your order within 12 hours of ordering for refund lest it gets processed for shipping.
   • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
